I create my menus whilst shopping. I buy meat directly from the butcher shop at the Auch abattoirs.
The vegetables come from the garden, from the greengrocer in the market or directly from the producer. The bread is home-made, and so are the breakfast buns and, of course, the cakes.
You can taste local or traditional dishes, as well as a humble stew or a nouvelle cuisine meal.
